Sp\u00f3\u0142ka komandytowo-Akcyjna (year of incorporation 2013), Investor of Apollo Resort, belongs to a single capital group together with the Companies: \u015al\u0105ska Grupa Inwestycyjna Sp. z o.o. (year of incorporation 1994), Hotel Atol Sp. z o.o. Sp. komandytowa (year of incorporation 2010), and Atol Hotele Sp. z o.o., (year of incorporation 2014). The group companies have many years of experience in the construction and hotel industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

The investor realised (on behalf of the company \u015al\u0105ska Grupa Inwestycyjna) between 2007 and 2010 the apartment building “Monika” (now Baltic SPA) in \u015awinouj\u015bcie at 6 Trentowskiego St. The building was constructed in turnkey apartment standard with garages and technical rooms. The ground floor contains accompanying services, hotel and catering facilities, while the remaining floors contain 46 one-, two- and three-room apartments with kitchenette and bathroom. The infrastructure around the building is also complete: car park, pavements, tree planting and lawns.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2007-2008, the company carried out a general refurbishment of a historic tenement house in Katowice at 7 Kamienna Street, consisting of residential, office and service premises.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Between 2015 and 2016, SGI built, equipped and organised a private hospital in Piekary \u015al\u0105skie. The building, including the car park, the exit from the public road, the lighting installation and the internal gas installation, was constructed and equipped in accordance with the guidelines contained in the law related to the conduct of medical activities. These regulations include a number of guidelines related to electrical installations, air conditioning, ventilation, specialised oxygen installation. The hospital has operating theatres. There is now a ‘Gabos Medical Centre’ offering a wide range of medical services.<\/p>\n

In 2019, it built a production and storage hall with an area of approximately 4,500 m2, together with landscaping, within the Katowice Special Economic Zone in Zimna W\u00f3dka.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company carried out a major refurbishment of a six-storey office building in Szczecin on South Street, in which it provides office rental services and manages the building itself.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\u015al\u0105ska Grupa Inwestycyjna is currently implementing the “Platinum Resort” project in \u015awinouj\u015bcie. The facilities are being built at ul. \u017beromskiego 75,77, 78 – between the newly built Promenade and the Historic Promenade. The Platinum Resort complex will comprise approximately 260 hotel rooms with catering facilities (theme restaurants, caf\u00e9s, bars), conference and spa facilities (a full-size swimming pool – 25 m, a children’s pool, two 12-person jacuzzis and a sauna zone). In addition to the hotel complex, the land adjacent to the hotel will be developed and an underground car park with 160 parking spaces will be built.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company “Atol Hotele” owns two attractively located hotel facilities Atol and Afrodyta SPA located in the Seaside Quarter of Swinoujscie which it manages independently. Between 2016 and 2020, it expanded and refurbished both hotel facilities: Atol at 3 Orkana Street and Afrodyta SPA at 17 \u017beromskiego Street in \u015awinouj\u015bcie, increasing the accommodation base of these facilities to 100 and to 177 hotel rooms together with the Pool and Spa Infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n
